If Only it Were Accurate
As promised, I am giving a Monday morning weight-loss update. I'm pretty sure I didn't really loose any weight (did good the first few days and then majorly blew the diet for the rest of the week), however, I used Wii-Fit scales instead of my neighbor's scales today, and apparently I am down 6 pounds. :) If only........

On my scale in the mornings without anything on I'm like 135 but yesterday at mom's with all of my clothes on in the late afternoon it said I was 120. Don't get me wrong, I liked what it said by I'm sure it's off. You let me know when you want to start working out and we'll do it.
Karra, it was fun to see you at Marris house on Sunday. She started her blog and I got your address off of it. Hope you dont mind. Karra, I finally got around to posting -- I'll join you -- 39 last week and would love to loose a bunch of weight by 40. Lets cheer each other on. Our B-days are only a few weeks apart - Maybe we can hook up and celebrate big 40 together :))

I don't think it's been that long since I've seen you, but somehow I can't see you even having an extra 44 lbs! My only advice, I heard recently is that, don't deny yourself food. But, when you eat (even if it's a treat) do it purposely, slowly, focus only on the food/treat and really enjoy every bite. No guilt trips. No hiding. Allow yourself to enjoy and then listen to your body tell you, "that's enough." Good luck!
